We work almost exclusively with graphic designers to bring the finest in print quality to life. We've worked with designers throughout the country and have undertaken a few international projects as well. We are happy to send samples of our work.
The first project we work on with any new customer will begin with a comprehensive quote, as well as standard pricing. We also will send you a welcome packet with all of our policies, plate set-up tips, and an order form. (If you have a company order form you prefer to use, we will accept that as well) Due to increased volume, we cannot accept orders without an order form.
Standard turnaround time is two weeks unless your project has a lot of hand work involved which may bump it up to three weeks. We can rush an order in one week, but we cannot guarantee an order in less than a week.
We stock a range of Crane's papers in both lettra and kid finish in flourescent white, pearl white, and ecru as well as matching envelopes. We also stock some Arturo, Stardream, and Rising papers. We are happy to order anything we don't normally stock as well. Orders from our standard suppliers will not change turnaround times. We are also glad to use paper that you supply to us, but please note that delays in recieving your paper may result in a slightly longer turn around time.
